I saw this on one of my fave Fashion Blog's, Frugal Fashionista. They do the celeb looks for less, & where you can find the items.

I WANT this outfit. I have leaher leggings already, but I am in love with this peplum trend. I like that it can be really slimming to anyone's figure. When I find a top like this, I will post a photo of what I find.
