Product Review - WEN Haircare

Pro's

• Very god price for the WEN Haircare package. For the price of $29.95(before shipping & tax) for 5 items is an amazing deal, so your paying about $7 something for each item.
• Sizes are reasonable so they do not run out right away. I found myself out of the shampoo in 2 months. I still have ALOT of product in the hair conditioner, styling creme and styling wax.
• The wide tooth brush comb is nice. The quality is awsome. The brush is hard, so it is durable and will last you a long time vs. like those plastic cheap combs. I use this everday to comb my hair after I shower, and part my hair.
• The smell of the product is amazing, it's an almond scent, so it's subtle.
• I have sensitive skin, and this product did not irritate my skin in any way.
• Defintely made my hair soft, shiny, and healthier looking.
• The styling creme is my favorite. I use it everday, and can style my hair any way I want, whether straight, curly, or with a round brush. The creme made my hair a little softer since I have a lot of dead ends, and my hair appears more shiny.

Con's

• This product is a continuous subscription, so you cannot just purchase it once. You do not have to purchase it EVERY month, but you CAN set it up in your account online to ship whenver you want. (i.e.) every 3 months, every 6 months, etc). If you were not satisfied with your 1st purchase, you can always cancel your membership.
• I have seen the WEN commercial on TV with Alyssa Milano, and once I heard my BFF's mother talk so highly about this product I wanted to try it. I had the expectation that the product would miracously make my hair volumous, healthy looking, an shiny all at the same time. I did find it shiny and VERY moisturized, OVERLY moisturized. I felt like on some days it made my hair look oily, due to the WEN instructions of using several pumps of the product on the left, right, buttom, and top of your head. The usage of several pumps of product on various spots of your head is suppose to be the right amount of shampoo combined with scrubbing/massaging your hair and scalp.

OVERALL:

I still have 2 more bottles of the shampoo from my last order, so I'm going to give this product another chance. I was about to give the rest of my shampoo's to my sister, but I'm very curious to see how the shampoo will work with my hair the 2nd time around. My hair has been kind of brittle at the ends lately, and my scalp has been very dry, itchy and irritted, so I will report back soon.
